CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Changes to your order (including cancellations and other adjustments) must be requested within 12 hours of your order confirmation time. Our warehouse team moves quickly to ship your order, most orders will ship in 1-2 business days (all orders will ship in 1-5 business days). If you have already received your order's tracking number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that while we will do our best to catch your order in time to make your requested changes, we cannot guarantee this.
TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
After your order has shipped, you will receive a unique link to your order's live status. You can watch your shipment in real time! To check on the status of your order, sign into your account on byltbasics.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Alternatively, you can now look up the original confirmation email.
PLACING LARGE ORDERS
Shop PopStyle for the whole crew. To purchase PopStyle items in bulk (quantities greater than fifty items), please send an email to email@example.com. We'll be happy to help.
THE RETURN POLICYWe have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all PopStyle items. If you aren't satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date. Please note that return shipping will not be provided for refunds. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except for scarves and bags).
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
STARTING A RETURN
To begin your order, contact our customer service. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. In the email, please include your order number and which items you would like to return and confirm they are unworn. Your refund will be sent back to the original payment method within ten days of receiving and verifying the inventory condition. Please note that if we receive previously worn items, a return cannot be processed and the item cannot be shipped back to you.
For a return to be accepted, the return shipment must first be processed by our customer service. If a return shipment is mailed without being processed by our team the shipment will not be accepted.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS AND WORN CLOTHINGWe do not accept unauthorized returns. To avoid issues, before you ship any items back to PopStyle we invite you to contact our customer support staff. If any unprocessed shipment is received at our warehouse or offices a refund cannot be processed and the item(s) cannot be shipped back to you.
